1. The pet toy ball has 3 working modes, Fast mode, Slow mode and Interactive mode; in order to save electricity and prevent your favorite pet from chasing it constantly and causing excessive fatigue, we set the ball to automatically enter standby mode after 5 minutes of work in each working mode. (The indicator light blinks twice a minute in standby mode). （Please note that it is not out of battery at this time! ）There is no need to charge it at this point. All you need to do is restart it. If you do not wake up within 30 minutes of being in standby mode, it will turn off automatically.
2. Charging takes about 30 minutes, please use the included charging cable or other Type C cable to charge. The red light will keep blinking while charging, when fully charged the red light will stop blinking and stay always on.
3. You should know that no pet toy is indestructible, some smart dogs will find its weak spot and destroy it in no time. Therefore we recommend you to consider whether your dog is very aggressive or not when you buy it.
4. The product shell is made of hard plastic. Since it moves very fast, it may easily crack on tiles as well as on hard wooden floors. If it breaks during use, we can replace it with a new one for you.
5. lf the product runs slowly or does not run, please clean the hair stuck in the product.
